-Color: cover/butterfly design on sepia brown. I hand dyed it to make it more antique looking. inside/ pearly bronze.
-Hardness of the leather: soft/middle
-Thickness of the leather: middle/thick
-Inside of pocket: lined with fabric
-Edge and corners: filed, fixed and polished smoothly
-The studs are made of copper.
 

 
*COMMENT*
This leather has been stocked by me for long and super limited! I haven't seen this leather design anymore, so it's very rare item. All butterflies vary and are embossed very detailed with fine lines, so it's fun to just see each of them. Personally, I'd love to send this item to a person with a pure and warm heart who truly adores and respects butterflies or insects and their lives. I love and respect people who love, help and save living insects who never take their body to just make them into home decor.
 
The last picture is mine. I have been using it for years. It's my insects journal for recording our communication and their ecology. They are full of only insect related things.

My binderers are bendable (it's not like hard bord binder) but very strong as it has a sturdy (but soft) pad inside. This pad never break like cardboard or plastic.
I put it even in the band, so it doesn't get worn out easily
